• Maintain constant communication with adviser
• Complete necessary forms to ensure event authorization
• Communicate with Memorial Union and other staff for equipment and setup needs

Vice President

• Select and coordinate general members/event staff
• Create staffing schedule for all events
• Lead event staff meetings
• Manage recruitment and retention of members
• Manage member relations and social activities

Treasurer

Aayan Hussain

• Hold a purchasing card for club expenses
• Make payments and purchases
• Process and maintain records of club's spending using Workday
• Collaborate with adviser to update budget and request Student Government and other funding

Marketing
Director

Eleanor Smith

• Manage event promotion with tabling, digital screens, posters, and more
• Create posters, handouts, and other advertising content in collaboration with MU graphic designers
• Maintain the organization's social media
• Run promotional contests and giveaways throughout event
• May work with a committee made up of event staff

Bingo Director

Andrew Belz

• Purchase all bingo supplies and event prizes
• Set-up and manage bingo throughout the event
• Coordinate guest callers and/or call bingo as interested/necessary
• Ensure that bingo rules are followed and accurate records are kept of prize winners
• May work with a committee made up of event staff

Activities Director

Carly Peterson

• Identify new ideas and organize activities for events
• Contact vendors to book entertainment or order supplies for activities
• Act as main contact for vendors before and during event
• Oversee karaoke and understand how to operate the software
• May work with a committee made up of event staff

Co-Sponsorship Director 

Daniel Hornberg

• Collaborate with student organizations for event programming
• Manage co-sponsor requests to determine activity plans and needs
• Act as main contact for co-sponsors before and during event
• Communicate with Memorial Union and other staff for equipment and setup needs
• May work with a committee made up of event staff
