Living in Possibility is designed to support participants deepening their own leadership capacity with:

  • Proactively anticipating needs and prioritizing to take action
  • Authentic relationship building
  • Using innovative thinking as a tool

Is Living in Possibility right for me?

Living in Possibility is one day in-person experience that helps participants develop a practice that will support possibility thinking as it relates to both life and leadership development.

While there is no required pre-work for Living in Possibility, participants should be prepared for a day of building community with others through storytelling, reflection, movement (as able), and digging deep into the process of leadership for change. Different from a leadership development experience that emphasizes holding positional power, Living in Possibility focuses on leadership as a life-long process that all leaders sustain by living uniquely with integrity.

Living in Possibility gives you tools to use in times of need, kind of like a personal compass. It helps you think outside the box with an open mindset, not only identifying other possibilities but accepting that there can be more ways to something than just one. Your story can have many possibilities; it’s up to you to accept them.
