Take part in this one day on campus leadership conference at ISU, Iowa or UNI and hear from experts about how to create your own leadership experience. 

Catalyst is a one-day leadership program designed to be a first step in the life-long process of learning, exploration, and action

The opportunity to engage in interactive discussions, network with other leaders, and reflect on their own identities, leadership qualities, and strengths in their respective roles at Iowa State and beyond. 

Develop your leadership skills with a series of workshops held in the Memorial Union. Come to one workshop or the whole series.

The opportunity to take part in service in communities across the United States during both Fall and Spring break. Students engage in short-term service with community agencies and learn about various social issues within the community. 

Each spring semester, undergraduate ISU students have the opportunity to walk in the shoes of an administrator of a local non-profit organization. A unique partnership between Student Engagement and the United Way of Story County.

Each Fall, the Volunteer Fair provides students an opportunity to visit with representatives from local non-profit agencies to learn more about available service opportunities in the surrounding community.
