ClubFest Registration Opens Wednesday, August 9

Registration for the Fall 2017 ClubFest will open at 10am on Wednesday, August 9. Please have only one person from your organization submit the registration form. Booth assignments will be made in the order that registrations are received. Join us on Central Campus, September 6 from 11am-4pm! The registration form will be available HERE.

Update Your Checklist in the Student Organization Database

Make sure all of your org's information in the Student Organization Database has been updated, including:

• Officers and membership roster

• Membership and meeting information

• Constitutions and operations manuals

If your student org has recently transitioned the President, Treasurer, or Adviser positions, you will need to update them using the new online Compliance Agreement Form on the Student Organization Database.

You can find an easy tutorial on navigating the database under "My StuOrg" and "Training."

Take Full Advantage of the Unique Features in the Student Org Database

Check out all the useful features available to your club in the Student Org Database! 

• Display all your club's photos in the photo gallery application.

• Use the calendar feature to list events and meetings for your org's members and anyone who visits your webpage. Students can also subscribe to your calendar so that your events show up on their personal calendar within the student org database, which can be found under "MyStuorg," and then "Calendar."

• Once you create your event on the calendar, you can have event attendees check in with a prox card or card swipe reader that collects participant names in a database within your website. You can then pull an attendance report at any time.

• Manage your subscribers! Students, faculty, staff and anyone with an account can subscribe to your org to get announcements in addition to the info on your calendar. Be sure to visit the "Manage Subscribers" page to see who's subscribing to your org. Once you have a list, you can create and send announcements to those subscribers within the site.
