Registration for the Fall 2020 ClubFest is open and spaces are filling up fast!
To mitigate the risks surrounding COVID-19, this semester's ClubFest will be held as a hybrid event. The outdoor event will take place over the course of three days (Sept. 8 - 10) on Central Campus, with a reduced number of clubs present each day. The virtual event (held during the week of Sept. 14) will be hosted on Flipgrid. Recognized student organizations will have the opportunity to participate in either or both of these events.
Tuesday, Sept. 8 - Thursday, Sept. 10
Monday, Sept. 14 - Friday, Sept. 18
Is your student organization looking for additional funds to make your events even better? Submit a proposal to the Event Funding Board! Applications are reviewed monthly for events that are at least 5 weeks out from the submission deadline!
Next submission deadline: August 31

We strongly encourage you to review these guidelines as you begin planning club functions this fall. If you have any questions, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 515-294-8081.
