Your adventure and ultimate success at ISU begins with wellness. Taking time for yourself in the midst of classes, homework, jobs, and relationships is challenging, but is an important way to change the level of your stressors and increase your ability to cope. Learn mindfulness and relaxation techniques through art, music and movement with Board-Certified Movement Therapist Camilla Kottman that will help you create a balance between self-care and the demands of everyday life. 

Mondays beginning September 18, 6-8pm for 2 weeks

$20 tuition - This class is limited to ISU students
