Alexandra Ackerman: Serious Play Exhibit

Connecting fabric scraps with painted shapes on wood was a grounding process during the pandmemic's extreme uncertainty. These explorations led to using color, pattern, and form to explore how relationships are disrupted when physical connection is lost. Each artwork traces Ackerman's journey in searching for harmony and order.
